About
A space for real conversations and real growth.
Sing to the Siren is built on honesty, empathy, and lived experience — because sometimes the right support can help you hear your own voice a little clearer.
The philosophy
"You don't have to have it all figured out to move forward."
Life gets complicated. Sometimes you need a safe place to think out loud. Sometimes you need a different perspective, honest guidance, or someone willing to ask the questions you haven't asked yourself yet.
Sing to the Siren is about helping you navigate what comes next. Together, we can untangle difficult decisions, recognize patterns, rebuild confidence, set meaningful goals, or simply have the honest conversation you've been needing.
I bring empathy, emotional intelligence, lived experience, and genuine human connection to every conversation — but your life remains yours. I'm here to help you understand yourself more clearly, recognize your own strength, and make choices that feel right for you.
How this works
Peer-based, not clinical
This is life coaching and peer support — not therapy, not diagnosis, not treatment. The distinction matters. You bring the lived experience. I bring emotional intelligence, honest reflection, and a framework for moving forward.
Emotionally intelligent by design
The foundation of this practice is emotional intelligence — the ability to recognise, understand, and work with emotions rather than around them. With a score of 125 on the EQ-i 2.0 assessment, the work here is grounded in strong emotional awareness, empathy, and interpersonal insight.
No agenda but yours
There is no script, no prescribed outcome, no version of you I'm trying to produce. The direction of the work is always yours. My role is to ask better questions, reflect back what I hear, and help you build the clarity to move.
Rooted in lived experience
I don't coach from a textbook. I have navigated significant trauma in my own life, and that lived experience is woven into everything I bring to this work. I know what it feels like to be in the middle of it — and I know what it takes to find your way through. That is not a credential. It is a foundation.
Who this is for
Anyone who wants support navigating life, rebuilding confidence, or figuring out what comes next.
Maybe you're moving through a difficult chapter, struggling with confidence, relationships, boundaries, or a big decision — or maybe you simply need a judgment-free person to listen.
You don't have to be falling apart to need someone in your corner. Come as you are.
